Loginhub Coworks started with a simple observation: plenty of capable people in and around Kondotty were running real businesses from bedrooms, tea shops and borrowed desks. Not for lack of ambition — for lack of a room.
The office was never the hard part. The lease was.
A freelancer taking on their first serious client does not need three thousand square feet. A two-person startup does not need a security deposit that swallows its runway. What both need is a proper place to sit, an address that passes a bank's check, and a room they are not embarrassed to bring a client into.
That is the whole idea behind Loginhub Coworks. We took one well-located floor in Kondotty, fitted it out properly, and made it available by the month — or by the day. Everything else follows from that.
